Mommy's Mac and Cheese

Cheezy and creamy, perfect for that comfy mommy feeling. Can be made with gluten free pasta!

  • ⅓ c parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 8 oz velveeta cheese (cubed)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • ½ c Fat Free Half & Half
  • ½ c milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • salt as needed
  • 2 cups of uncooked elbow noodles or shells
  1. Cook noodles as directed on box
  2. Keep 1 cup of pasta water
  3. Combine all ingredients, except pasta and pasta water, in a glass bowl, placing in microwave for 60 seconds
  4. Stir. Heat for additional 20 seconds or until melted. Stirring helps it to melt
  5. Add a splash of pasta water if too thick
  6. Pour over pasta and stir. Enjoy
